After leading the Human Resources function for over two decades, I embarked on a journey to turn passion into purpose. I founded Simless Transmission Management, an HR consulting firm that helps businesses grow through people-first strategies. My love for nature and adventure then led to the creation of Sandybaba Safaris, a wildlife tourism company focused on authentic jungle experiences and conservation. Now, with Shattarka – The 100 Stars, I bring together years of experience, a love for travel, and a deep appreciation for peaceful, soulful spaces. Nestled amidst nature, Shattarka isn’t just a homestay—it’s a reflection of slow living, mindful design, and heartfelt hospitality.
